What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Paypal, Afterpay, Laybuy, Visa & Debit Payments and Bank Transfer

Cash payments (Only available to Perth locals).

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes we have this option available.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

Yes, we do accept Returns within 14 days, but only if item has been delivered broken or damaged. Please provide us with a 'Time-stamped' Photo and email a copy of your order number to contact@dreamstodecor.com.au.

We take all care and pride in sending your items in "new" condition. Postage for return of goods are at the discretion of the purchaser and postage costs incurred by customer will not be refunded.

What if I change my mind, can I return the goods?

All sales are final unless you contact Dreams to Decor before item has been packed and assigned to our nominated courier service.

How will I know you have received my order?

You will be notified via email once order has been received and a tracking # assigned to your delivery.

Do you allow pickup?

Yes, but must be arranged with Dreams to Decor prior to pickup day.

What if my item goes missing?

Dreams to Decor will follow up with the courier company that was assigned to your delivery to investigate the missing parcel. If the item can not be recovered, we will discuss either a refund or replacement (if available) with you once confirmation has been made from the courier company.
